Listening to Jam Hsiao's 2nd album in the car as well as on my nano, his songs, his voice, his expression really do grow on you, at least it did on me. although he acts autistic, socially awkward and painfully shy, i find him a 'real' person. he doesn't act funny, unlike andy lau. he doesn't laugh funny, unlike andy lau. he doesn't try to sing, unlike andy lau, he can really sing lor. he is so talented, talent is practically oozing out of his pores man. what would i give to have his voice? then life would have been so easy. no more procrastinating, no more exams, no more wondering which career, which job to take. just sing. simple. Today's Tuesday, the 2nd day of the week. i have barely 2 weeks left to the exam, and i think i can be more prepared. i think i can be more hardworking than i am now. buck up!!!

The answer is rather ingeniously (and possibly in part by magic). The air multiplier silently draws in air behind it then amplifies it through the ring by 15x to produce a cool and continuous flow of 405 litres of air every second. This is all powered by a b

Back to the Grind

After a whole week of fun and adventure, i'm back sitting on this swivel black chair, typing using this black keyboard, in front of 2 black LCD screens, next to a black cisco telephone, which itself is next to black pencil holder. my face is black as well. so is my cardigan. yeps. although it isn't exactly Monday, my mood is black. it is called HWS - holiday withdrawal symptom. i am so sad.

Miami

Hot and humid, it almost feels like home. Loads of fresh seafood, the sandy beach and crazy taxi drivers. Huge mall at outlet prices. 19 screen theatre. Sounds like heaven.
We're back in Bermuda. After 8 days in SF and Miami, it's finally back to reality. argh. back to the office tomorrow and back to studying for the exam. which i fully intend to do once midnight strikes. 20 days left!
