Kenna nagged by jo, hk and sy that there aren't any photos of my shopping spoils in new york. didn't have much time to buy much lah. but i had a lot of fun just looking at the shop windows and admiring the wares. Let's see what i'd bought: 2 pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of socks from Daffy's. I love the yellow shoes, they are so cute and comfy! The first time i wore them here in bermuda, i received a compliment! guess they are too bright. haha... 2 dresses, 1 t-shirt and a hat from H&M. This is my favourite store but the lines for the fitting rooms are horrendous. i could have died of exploding leg veins while waiting. 2 t-shirts, 1 bag, 1 pair of shorts with suspenders from Uni Qlo. It gives me great jap-piness to wear these things, and imagine my hubby to be takuya kimura. ah.... 2 t-shirts from American Eagles. We just returned from a wonderful break in Bali... 4 days of absolute peace and tranquility.... This is actually Ngurah Rai Airport at Denpasar. Beautiful isn't it? This is our hotel situated in Nusa Dua - Melia Hotel. It is actually quite idyllic. Hao-e is as usual trying to act inconspicuous... yah right.... Everyday started with a scrumptious breakfast at El Patio Then off to busk in the hot sun and sweltering heat. But by the second day, hao-e was lobster-red and suffering from bad bad sunburn. So we went under cover - Gianyar for Shopping then!! Did you see those interesting things they were selling??? The masks were scary weren't they?? *Naughty grin* We also went to one of the most sacred places in Bali - Uluwatu temple, perched atop a cliff, it was magnificent just taking in the sunset, the waves clapping onto the cliff walls, the Indian Ocean winds howling in our ears.
