Sorry for not updating my blog religiously and diligently these past few weeks. There are actually a couple of pieces of good news to share. One, Matt and I found a new apartment. It's bigger, with 2 bedrooms and a basement, so we can have friends and family over anytime. The apartment also comes with a/c throughout, which is a huge blessing as the temperatures climb in Summer. I might be from the tropics, but the humidity here is really quite a different thing altogether. Our current apartment is now a fire hazard. There are so many boxes and suitcases lying around, some filled, some half-filled, some waiting to be filled. We've packed around 90% of the living area and 40% of the bedroom and we've got about 10 days left. Actually, 7 days left cos we'll be spending 3 days in NYC. Loads of administrative things to do with the move, changing addresses etc. it's going to be painful for these few weeks at least. Anyway, we're moving over from 1st June
