We arrived at Gatwick early yesterday morning, drowsy and sleepy. The flight from Bermuda was delayed for 1.5hours on Saturday evening as BA had to turn the flight back to London to unload a sick baby. Aww.... So our flight left the tarmac at 9.25pm instead of the usual 8.05pm. Dinner was really late at around 10.30pm and i was stayed awake to watch Fool's Gold - the Matthew McConaughy and Kate Hudson recent B flick. It was a 2-hour B flick but i have to admit those 2 have some heated screen chemistry. So i didn't get to snooze much before we were awaken again at 2am for breakfast and touched down at Gatwick. If only the flight left later at midnight or something, i may have slept more. Anyway, our new Samsonite was brutally smashed by the BA's ground handlers... kidding, it is still in one piece but it is suffering from some bruises and scratches. They have refused to give us any compensation for the bruising suffered, which grated my already frayed and short nerve

At a risk of looking too bored with everything... I'm pretending to be busy in front of the computer by blogging. YAWNZZ.... It's been really really quiet this week and I can hardly keep me eyes open! From 8.30am this morning, I've read CNA, BBC, CNN, the royal gazette, BDA Sun and a little of Zaobao. I've also read bluemoon, brastche, redpolkadot, smittenkitchen, chubbyhubby, ieatishootipost, travellinghungryboy, etc etc. blogs. I've also researched on london's restaurants and found a Singapore Garden Restaurant that I've never heard of. I'm running outta things to do. 2.5 days to go before we leave on Saturday evening. that's something to look forward to. but till then, act busy....argh

I was acting busy AGAIN today and chanced upon this hilarious article written by an icelander about the impending iphone launch outside the US. After perusing the PADI website, i figured i AM going to get my PADI license this summer. Yay! glad i have made up my mind. always wondered why i didn't get it while in singapore, i mean, it's like way, way cheaper to learn diving at a CC in Singapore. Now, i have to pay USD 650 for it. blast! but then again, i figured, i'm in bermuda now, plenty of dive sites. i'll be back in singapore eventually, plenty more dive sites nearby. So what the hell right? anyway, it's time for packing. vacation next week. yippee!

Sorry for the bad language, but i'm DARN PISSED ! i'm halfway through this novel by John Irving - page 416 actually - and then it jumps back to page 369 again! after reaching a 2nd page 416, it jumps to page 465! What is this? have to go back to the bookstore for an exchange this evening. and the book was getting exciting too.. just my luck

i know i know, i haven't been diligently blogging. sometimes i really wonder if anyone's actually reading my blog besides myself. and then other times i wished certain people wouldn't read my blog so that i can blurt more than what i've dared to put up. i think i'm going to just revamp the look of this blog. see if the new look gives me inspiration.
