Chose my gowns liao

Went to the Bridal Studio last Thurs to choose the gowns for our wedding. Wasn't so great an experience cos Hao-e was falling asleep and i had to keep prodding him awake for his comments. tried through like prob 20-30 gowns, and finally decided on one with a low v-back and beaded bodice, white (note: not cream or off-white) gown with silver embriodery at the hem.

evening gown: chose one that i never thought i would wear. all the better, cos there's no way i would step out of the house with that neo-cheongsam look. it is black, beaded with red flowers!!! ahem.. we'll see how it looks in the photos.

The last gown i chose was for the outdoor photo shoot. very simple with some details at the tail. hope it will look good.

hao-e got 2 suits, black and white. so easy to choose for him. that was also the point when he was most awake. darn. how come?

being bullied by my boss again. sickening woman.

3.5 more working days. my mind is on holiday! last evening's kickboxing class totally killed me! i huffed and puffed and threatened to punch my imaginary opponent senseless, but in the end, it was i that suffered, not the air molecules that got knocked around. my body is aching like a 90-year-old who's just completed 100 push-ups. i couldn't sleep last night because of the pain. i had to wake hao-e up to massage my shoulder-blades which were so sore and is still kicking up a ruckus behind me. my gosh! i tis old and feeble.

Back Safe and Sound

This is my first post since we left Bermuda for Singapore more than 3 weeks ago. We are battling serious jet lag this time. it might be the age-factor (yikes!) or because we didn't rest properly on the flights (yes plural!) back cos we were busy trying to exhaust all the new movies on krisworld, or maybe a combination of both lah. but both of us have been trying very hard to keep awake at 3pm. yes, the sleep monster strikes at that hour! thank God we are going to remove time saving tonight, so we have 1 less hour to correct this weekend. talking about movies, twilight was amazingly easy on the eye! although i hesitate to call ourselves twilight converts given that i was highly skeptical at first. but the eye candy in the form of Rob Pattersin/Edward Cullen is really irresistible (did you know Rob Pattersin was Cedric in Harry Potter??) .... argh. i wanna get bitten by this vamp too lor! BITE ME! Hao-e even bought New Moon (the sequal) to read this weekend and i spent almost ...

Back To Reality

It's over! We're finally married (in the eyes of the Church!). It was really pretty fun last sat, thank God for the sunny weather (a bit hot lah, but at least it didn't rain till after), for the wonderful guests and my fantastic friends. hope it wasn't too uncomfortable under the sun for everyone.
