Was in San Francisco for 3 days last week for a conference.
It's been a long time since my last junkard trip, so i have to say, travelling in Business and First class has its perks. we were put up in Hyatt Regency, which was a tad old, but it overlook East Bay and the Bay Bridge, which was good. and i spent most of my spare time walking around the ole SF. i didn't see any changes since Oct last year, so everything felt really familiar. i had frog legs for breakfast with you tiao and hong kong style milk tea, papaya salad and tom yum noodles for lunch, hainan chicken rice for dinner all on the first day! watched SF ballet (they were really darn good) the next night after a quick taiwanese lu rou fan dinner with bubble tea, and had crab on the 3rd night with C&J. very very very very good.
if the taxes weren't so high, and the risk of earthquakes wasn't so imminent, i would move there for good.
